The Baba Nyonya is a people of Chinese descent who centuries ago settled in the old Malayan spice trading ports along the Strait of Malacca. Nyonya cuisines are delicious, adventurous and mirror the unique combination of the three Asian cooking styles, that are fragrant and tangy.
